This presentation, simply entitled “Data Analysis”, will focus on:
• uses of the electronic evidence to respond to Orders to Produce
• identify current legal requirements and the direction of changes with the law in compliance of Orders to Produce
• evolution of usage of electronic evidence and acceptance by the Courts
• where we need to go with searching
• implementation of electronic search techniques both proactively

Steven Haenchen, Haenchen Valuation Services, Inc
Steve Haenchen has extensive experience in Forensics, Computer Forensics, and Fraud
Investigations. He specializes in analysis, verification and characterization of large masses of electronic data. Steve has had major projects in the telecommunications, international retail,
manufacturing, wholesale distribution, utility, insurance, and finance industries. He has testified as a
subject matter expert in numerous Federal and state cases. He is a Certified Public Accountant,
Accredited in Business Valuation, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and holds several Microsoft
certifications. He is in the process of completing his Masters in Information Technology degree and
starting his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Kansas.
